In order to assess the goals and objectives, I am going to use a sort of pre-test and post-test method.
I am going to ask Sharon to keep track of how many mistakes are made over the course of the next month, and then ask her to compare it to how many mistakes are made after the product is implemented.

Goals and Objectives
The goal of this project is to improve the internal delivery system of Crown Trophy. The objectives associated with this goal are to cut the cost of mistakes and reduce the amount of materials used. Also, to reduce the amount of time it takes to complete the job and to create a clear medium of communication between the client, manager, and engraver
