I spoke with my client, Sharon, yesterday and we set-up a day where I can go into her shop and basically shadow her around observe how her operation is run. She is hoping to get a new system in place for receiving orders, making sure that all of the materials needed are in stock, providing the customer with a proof if needed and essentially making the job-flow a much smoother process.
I will be heading up to Winchester this Friday the 4th of February for the afternoon.
